We only collect information you choose to give us through the partnership enquiry form. That is:
- Your name and email address (required)
- Your company or brand, website, and partnership type (optional)
- The message you write
- The date and time of your submission
We do not log your IP address, and we do not use analytics or advertising trackers or set any tracking cookies.
Why we use it (and our legal basis)
We use the information you submit solely to read and respond to your enquiry and to manage any partnership discussion that follows. Under UK/EU GDPR, our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to messages you send us, and, where relevant, taking steps to enter into an agreement at your request.
How it is stored and who can see it
Submissions are stored securely on our website hosting and sent by email to Kayleigh’s team so they can reply. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. Data may be processed by our hosting and email providers acting on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting partnership, and no longer than is reasonably necessary. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its use, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these, email hello@kayleighthomas.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

This site is intended for a general and business audience and is not directed at children. Please do not submit the form if you are under 16.
